PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this personal data protection charter is to describe the principles implemented by Annelies Delaere (EI), exercising under the trade name yoohm !, as a Subcontractor WITH THE MEANING OF GDPR, in order to comply with article 28 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“General Regulation on the protection of data “or” GDPR “).

COMMITMENTS

As a subcontractor IN THE MEANING OF the GDPR, yoohm !, undertakes to:

  • limit the collection of Customer data to that which is strictly useful.
  • only the data necessary for customer contact are requested when subscribing to the newsletter and the contact form.
  • not to use the data collected for purposes other than the proper performance of the services,
  • not transfer the data to third parties,
  • alert the Client quickly regarding any incident affecting your data,
  • assist the Client to comply with its regulatory obligations,
  • keep personal data for a limited and proportionate period.
  • In the case of a complete removal instruction from the Client, yoohm! will delete the associated customer data from all its systems within a maximum period of 30 days, except if they are subject to a legal retaining obligation,
  • implement technical and organizational measures to strengthen the level of security of Customer data,
  • allow the modification and deletion of personal data at the email address contact@yoohm.com

RESPECT OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Annelies Delaere, yoohm!, manager authorized to process personal data is subject to an obligation to respect the confidentiality of these data.

LOCATION OF DATA

All data is hosted in the Google Cloud data center (europe-west1) in Belgium, through the host NOADMIN.

NOADMIN may be required to communicate Personal Data to third parties located outside the European Union.

In this case, NOADMIN ensures that the data will benefit from the same level of protection as that imposed by the European Union with regard to data protection.
